A. Income Tax File Registration
  e-Daftar is an income tax file registration system for new tax payer to get their income tax file number.

Please ensure you have submitted your e-Daftar application before submitting the supporting documents using the feedback form.

Submission of e-Daftar supporting documents can also be made via our e-daftar.
  i. Individual Tax Payer
    a. Individual Tax File Registration by Malaysian Citizen:
      1. A copy of Mykad/Kad Polis/Kad Tentera .
    b. Individual Tax File Registration by Non-Malaysian Citizen :
      1. A copy of Passport.
    c. Tax File Registration by Individual with Business Income (Citizen and Non-Citizen)
      1. A copy of Mykad/Police ID/Army ID/Passport
2. Business Registration Certificate.
  ii. Non-Individual Tax Payer
    a. Company Tax File Registration :
      1. Certificate of incorporation or registration of the company
2. Superform & particulars of director/officer (Companies Commission of Malaysia).
    b. Partnership Tax File Registration :
      1. Perakuan Pendaftaran Borang D (Kaedah 13)
b. Business Information and List of Partners.
    c. Limited Liability Partnership (LLP) Tax File Registration :
      1. Perakuan Pendaftaran Seksyen 11(4)
2. Business Information and List of Partners
B. Application without supporting documents will not be processed.
C. Attachment specification:
  i. Format : *.jpg,*.png,*.gif, and *.pdf.
  ii. Size : 2 MB.
  iii. Filename: Alphanumeric format (a-z, A-Z and 0-9).

1. Please attach letter with company letterhead and signed by the director.
Application with insufficient supporting documents or incomplete documents will not be processed.
2. Make sure the file is uploaded with the following specifications:
  i. Format : *.jpg,*.png,*.gif, and *.pdf.
  ii. Size : 2 MB.
  iii. Label : Alphanumeric only  (a-z, A-Z dan 0-9).

With effect from 1st July 2022, change of address can only be made through Notification of Change in Address Form [CP600B (Pin 2/2022)] and accepted either submitted by hand or by post or update online via e-Kemaskini only. Submission via Customer Feedback Form or email is NOT ALLOWED and will not be processed.
1. Note: You may also update below details by using our e-Kemaskini application via MyTax Portal. Please login using your e-filing ID.
  i. Phone Number. ii. Email address.
  iii. Correspondence address. iv. Residential address.
  v. Business address.
2. To update telephone number or email address:
  Submit a written request (If company, please use company letterhead). Please upload the letter together with a copy of MyKad/Passport/Form 9/13/Seksyen 28  (for company)
Application without supporting document will not be processed.
3. To Update Tax Payer Name :
  i. Individual : A copy of Identification Card/Passport
  ii. Company/Employer : Form 13 or any documents related to Change of Name issued by Regulatory Body. Please provide the latest accounting period of the company when submitting the request to update the company name.
4. Attachment specification:
  i. Format : *.jpg,*.png,*.gif, dan *.pdf.
  ii. Size : 2MB.
  iii. Filename: Alphanumeric format (a-z, A-Z and 0-9).

e-Filing PIN number application can be made if you already have a tax number. You can check your tax number here. If you do not have a tax number, please register at this link https://edaftar.hasil.gov.my

The procedures to apply e-Filing PIN number are as follows:

1. Individual Digital Certificate PIN Number.
  Please attach the following documents during application :
  i. Copy of applicant’s IC / passport; and
  ii. Form CP55D
  If there is any changes in your mailing address please include the following document :
  i. Form CP600B
2. Organisation Digital Certificate PIN Number (OeF)
  Please attach the following documents during application :
  i. Form CP55B; and
  ii. Supporting documents. Click here for the list of documents needed according to the organisation type.
  The following document must be attached for revocation of power of organisation's director in Organisation e-Filing :
  i. Form CP55C
3. Administrator Digital Certificate PIN Number (SeFP)
  Please attach the following documents during application :
  i. Form CP55E; and
  ii. Supporting documents. Click here for the list of documents needed according to the organisation type.
4. Tax Agent e-Filing PIN Number (TAeF)
  i. Form CP55A ; and
  ii. Copy of representative’s (System Administrator) IC / passport 
5. Please upload the files according to the following specifications :
  i. Format : *.pdf, *.jpg, *.jpeg, *.png, *.doc, *.docx, *.xls, *.xlsx
  ii. Size : 5 MB only
  iii. Label : Alphanumeric only (a-z, A-Z and 0-9)
